Airforce "It's Not Sci-Fi" Website

Brand/Company: United States Air Force Agency: GSD&M Employer: Visual Goodness Role: Senior Art Director (Technical Lead) Skills: UX Design, UI Design, Interaction Design Working with GSD&M, Visual Goodness created a site experience for the Air Force "It's Not Science Fiction" recruitment campaign. Based on their 3 broadcast spots, we built a rich, interactive world that brought the environments and characters into a fully realized space populated by 3D flythroughs, rich video content, interactive games and live advisor chats. What was initially a microsite was quickly promoted to the airforce.com homepage bringing along with it some impressive stats like record video views and dramatically decreased exit rates. As Senior AD, I worked closely with the 3D, UX, UI and Development teams to ensure that the creative vision, as well as technical execution, were top notch.
